My old boss asked me to help him find a new employee as the position will be opening up soon. Basically you will be the assistant to the network admin, fixing any and all problems the employee's have with their computers, as well as setting up workstations/laptops and setting up and fixing network printers.

Some knowledge of Novell is a plus....Windows, Office, Mozilla, Thunderbird, the basic programs...
