Compare that to Israel's weapons that have the range to target any city in the middle east. i know you are not going to sit there and argue that they are not at a disadvantage when it comes to weapons and resources. They have been MASSIVELY outgunned in all of their conflicts previous to '78, check the numbers. They had US support, but nothing close to the manpower, artillery and heavy munitions of Egypt and Iran.
