Not a fan of the capsule, but I'd bet they're movnig away from the top-left graphic so they can use the same graphics for HD & non-HD broadcasts and it won't look all awkward. If you watch a baseball game on ESPNHD, you'll notice the score graphic isn't top-left, it's nearly center so non-HD viewers can see it. I guess ESPN figured the middle-screen graphic was less annoying, but I disagere.

Theisman is horrible to listen to, Tirico isn't impressing me nearly as much as I thought he would (I loved him on college games) and Tony isn't getting to be his goold ole PTI-self or something...just seems out of place.

The HD feed is solid, however, but the capsule really gets in the way of the action.

I expected ESPN to move to the bar across the top after the World Cup broadcasts, but I guess that was mostly due to making it look good on a pool feed. But yeah it looks awful, they should at least move it lower on the screen (at least when they dont run the stupid bottomline).

the bar across the top is unnecessarily large. all you need is the score, time, and period, as small as possible on the screen. i cant wait until it becomes optional during broadcasts.

yea theismann is not the best, but i thought the duo of theismann and Paul Maguire on sunday night fball was funny. i'm not a fan of kornheiser. i mean how can you be hired as a football color commentator on monday night football and not know what a silent count is. at first i thought he was joking but when he had theismann explain it he really didn't know what it meant.
