Yea its a really interesting idea -- dont think it can last too long though, the implications of it are pretty far reaching from illegal file sharing all the way to "secure" communication for terrorists, etc.

it'd make sense for the cia/nsa to set something up like this - the idea is to present something secure to the world that only they can see - not everyone has the resources the gov't does to set something like this up
