I just moved to Raleigh and I am trying to pick up running, and those are the two downsides: 1 I don't know anyone to run with and 2 all existing groups are professional marathon runners. So I figured I would see if anyone would actually be interesting in starting a running group for social and work out reasons.

Soon as my hand can take it (weird I know), I'm going to be starting up again.

We should all arrange meet times during the week so people can come and go as they are able to.

I might be up for that. I've been biking like crazy, but I can't get motivated to run regularly in between my ride days.

Well I work 8-5 during the week so 6 or 6:30 would be perfect for me as well. I am going to say monday, wed, and fridays are going to be the days I'm going to run. So I've narrowed it down to a few specific days and the time.... now all i need is a place and the people... This is going to be fun............up until the point that I run for about 5 minutes and fall over in exhaustion in front of total strangers.....haha
