It ships from the distributor on the 22nd and will arrive on store shelves on Wednesday.

You are correct. Just talked to the people at Gamestop. Only reason I said what I said was because Dead Rising wasn't available until Wednesday although the street date was Tuesday.

i got a voicemail last week from gamestop where i preordered...inviting me to come out at 10:00pm for festitivities of the madden release! and you can go ahead and pay to get the game right at midnight! so i'm probably gonna roll up there after the MNF game...probably see Fat Dump up there getting his copy

the lead blocking control makes the running game better than i coulda thought, especially when youre controllin alstott out the backfield laying down cut blocks, then jumpin to cadillac and runnin it in for 6

and superstar mode is ill too, QB haywood jablome got drafted in the 3rd round by the chargers...sorry phil but youre ridin the bench again

games are always released on Wednesdays unless they are street dated, in which case they are released on Tuesdays

the other exceptions are if the game has almost no hype, ala Tenchu on DS released in stores this past Friday

I just worked in my store from 8:30 am until 1:00 am because of fucking Madden...I am getting the game, but still, fuck that shit.

this may be a dumb question with a simple answer but i was just wondering if anyone could tell me why when i first got the game and went to play now the team overall rankings are pretty well mixed, but after we played a few games, started a franchise, started a new superstar, the team rankings are now different, like everyone ranges from 86-90. it also happened on last years madden.

not real sure about last year's, but on this years if you unlock some achievements before you start your franchise, hall of fame players get thrown into the free agency pool and fuckin get signed by teams in your franchise, which is absolutely retarded. this happened to me w/my superstar mode, and i was already far enough into it when i noticed this that i didn't want to start over with a dif roster.

it's annoying though, and that could possibly be what is causing all the teams ratings to change so drastically.
