Hey everyone- We have one extra room for rent in our 3 bedroom condo just off of Western near Blue Ridge rd/ K mart- It is in Drift Wood Manor... The complex has a pool, 24 hour tennis courts, a shitty ass basketball court and playground as well as beach volleyball....

The neighborhood is quiet and set back in the woods a bit but still very close to everything (2 miles from campus)... Our place is pretty nice- Central air, Cable, Internet, Dishwasher, etc....

We're looking for someone to move in asap as the person who was suppose to be in there originally wound up without cash for rent. It is $300 a month with everything included (water, cable, internet, electric)

My girlfriend and I share one room and a close female friend of ours in the other. My girlfriend works from 12-9 every night and our other roomie is hardly ever around. We do all drink and smoke (cigs and 2 of us bud ) and we have a relatively large dog. so if any of that is gonna be a problem then the rooms not for you...

we are way laid back and definately go out quite a bit but are pretty clean and easy to get along with. If you're interested shoot me a pm or w/e.... I will try and throw up some pics when I have time.
