Hey, I'm looking for a roomate for an empty room with private full bath in a new condo. I'd prefer to room with a female, looking for someone who is laidback, friendly, clean, responsible, and not too crazy. The room is about 10 minutes (driving) from State, a little closer to centenial, it's off of Trailwood. There is a CAT bus stop in front of my neighborhood that goes onto campus, if needed. The room is furnished (can be removed if needed), with a decent sized closet. I keep the place pretty clean. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, Cable, and highspeed internet. The rent is $360 + 1/2 of utilities, which usually comes out to be about 420-430 depending on electricity bill. I have a cat that i'm sitting for for a few months, but he's really a good cat and is really friendly.I'd prefer no more animals, and don't plan to have any after the cat leaves. Hey, I was just wondering if the room is still avaliable. I do have two small dogs though, both are lhasa mix, under 20 lbs, 7yrs and house trained!!
