How do I write my profile in html in gaim. I'm using 2.0.0 beta 3.1. When I manually enter html it doesn't work. I basically want the function of hitting the return or enter key on aim or <br>. Any help? I couldn't find much to help me on their page. Thanks.

I finally got pissed off at Trillian and am giving Gaim a try. Triton is an eye sore. AOL tighten restriction for clients having over 100 buddies on their lists again.

nvm they released a new aim.dll that seems to have fixed the issue. That's nice considering they are usually slow to update.

And why does AIM Triton not have a keyboard shortcut to toggle between IM tabs?

for some reason my Gaim crashes every single time I open it. It just started doing it. I even reinstalled it to see if it'd change anything. It's version 1.5.0

I actually saw someone one their forum posting about this same thing. You might want to look there for the thread. But I know that the tighter AOL restriction on numbers of buddies also screwed some Gaim 1.5 users. That's why I went straight to 2.0 beta 3.1. Try that version and see if it fixes the problem or you can sign on to aim's web thing and delete half your buddies.

mine was crashing cause of msn messenger. i just turned its auto connect off and it works fine. i dont need msn messenger anyway.
