If you spend 18 hours (and this is a lot) a week on campus before 5PM and choose to park at the reynolds or dan allen deck and pay the teller, you'd be spending 288 bucks a semester (16 weeks), and that's paying for each individual hour. And anyone can pay to park, no lottery. So spending 288 in a sheltered deck closer to class (with the option of the dan allen or reynolds deck) or 275 on one specific side of campus with no shelter???

The deck passes are not given out based on a lottery.

"Parking permits are assigned based on student classification and availability of parking spaces."
