well my roommate is a dumbshit who failed to pay his insurance on a 125cc scooter. So before I bail his ass out again, where would be the best place to get insurance for this? 2006 Yamaha, he is still paying for a loan on it too, which is bad too.

anything that is 50cc or up is considered a motorcycle by the DMV and must be insured
