South Carolina in '08 & '09. both are supposed espn thursday night games to start the season (hasnt been finalized). Tennessee's website has(d) an article awhile back about us being in Knoxville in September or 2008 and them returning the trip sometime after that (not sure if it was '09 or not.)

We are playing at UT next fall 07 if I am not mistaken on August 30th.

Great way to open the season. Beats the hell outta ASU and Eastern Kentucky.

We should play some games with WVU,Auburn,Alabama, and Penn State

Maybe Georgia or the Mississippi teams too

supposed to open with UT in '08, idk how we're going to fit SC into that. Maybe we can play SC next year and in 09.

I think I remember someone saying UT was trying to get out of the home & home.

It was because we are not a big name program, and won't be an impressive win, but we still pull some upsets and have the potential to seriously hurt a season.

Sure, it would be great to watch us against some of these marquee programs. But we have a hard enough time getting to a bowl game with the likes of Southeastern Virginia Community College on our schedule. I just hope we can put a good enough team on the field when these powerhouse teams come to town.
