My god does this guy suck as a professor, anyone wanna start up a study group, ethier now or once we get into some of the more difficult material?

Is he still using the Power Point presentations with the dancing monkey? That's what he used a few years back when I had Statics with him. It was one of the worst classes I've taken. You're better off just reading the book and going to class to take the quizzes/turn in hw. Don't even pay attention to what he says.

dude there is no more difficult material. Chao sucks so bad, all the material is hard. He screws up so many questions on his tests that he ends having to curve everybody.

nah, he has to curve a lot because of the errors on his tests. big piece of advice is when you get that midterm, save it and study it for the final

my advice: drop it and take it with parish if you can

got an F the first time i took it with chao..i stopped going to class and didn't even show up for the final. i just couldn't learn anything from that man. up until this semester he was the worst professor i have ever encountered.
a dead man could teach dogshit how to speak better than chao can teach dynamics.

2nd time i took 215 (this past summer) i got a B+

I agree, you're fucked, the only good thing is this guy has to curve like a mo fo. I should of failed his class so bad, I didn't learn a damn thing, but I still passed somehow.
