The alleged victim and two friends went to the 16-year-old's house, where the child performed oral sex on three teenage boys, according to court papers. The 40-year-old uncle of the 16-year-old admitted he also had sex with the 11-year-old and told police that the 16-year-old was directing the child, the papers said. The 11-year-old then went to the basement, where there were about 15 males and she told police she "began to choose who she wanted to perform oral sex on," court papers said. The 16-year-old told police that the 11-year-old had told her she wanted to perform oral sex on the boys in the house. The 16-year-old denied encouraging her. The 16-year-old girl and the 15-year-old boy were charged with being a party to sexual assault. Torbeson said he will probably seek to have them tried as adults. Several mob attacks have taken place in Milwaukee's inner city in recent years. In 2002, more than a dozen people, mostly boys, chased a man through the streets and beat him to death with shovel handles, rakes and tree limbs. A mentally ill man died after being beaten and robbed by a group in 2004. Four days after that attack, a 14-year-old boy was kicked, punched and hit on the head with a piece of lumber after he exchanged words with a girl. He was in a coma for two weeks. Also that summer, four brothers were beaten by a group armed with bats, bottles, sticks and socks stuffed with canned food. On Thursday, Alderman Mike McGee Jr. walked through the neighborhood where the alleged sexual assault happened and talked to residents. He later declared there is a crisis in the city's neighborhoods. "We have to have the community held responsible, parents held responsible. That's the bottom line," he said. Willie Brown, 26, who lives in the area, said Thursday that neighbors are outraged. "If all those brains couldn't get together and figure out that was a baby?" he said, adding he has a 3-year-old daughter. "I don't have no respect or no love for people who do that." um, the only crime i see was the 40 year old's actions. the 11 year old girl went over to this house willfully, and she's the one who went around sucking everyone's dicks. and it seems that everyone of the guys were underage as well. so, i don't see what laws were broken, unless oral sex in illegal is wisconsin (as it is in north carolina).

oh, and these sex parties are common occurences now. fucking kids are doing all kinds of crazy shit nowadays.

when i read the headline, i had pictures of boys forcefully fingering the girl, or raping her, or doing other things to her forcefully.

after reading the whole thing, i don't see where the assault is (except for the 40 yr old man). these underage sex parties are becoming more and more common in the US. there have been so many instances of 12-13 year old girls performing oral sex on boys in the back of school buses.

this girl was behaving like other slutty teens and pre-teens. the fault is with the lack of parenthood. i don't see why those boys should be prosecuted. if the boys are to be prosecuted, the slut should be too.

there's a thread in here like once a month, atleast, referring to the sexcapades of preteens and young teenagers. there was a wave of stories on the evening news shows, talk shows, morning shows, and major news channels over the course of the past 1-2 years. then, there was that very controversial movie, "thirteen", that addressed this very issue. finally, i have a younger sister who just started her freshman year in high school. luckily, she's ultra-conservative, but she's certainly aware of this shit going on.

if anything, just go out somewhere 10-14 year olds might be hanging out, the mall, movie theaters, cafe's, fairs, and shit. just observe how the girls, in particular, are dressed and behaving. i recall an incident back in '02: we're throwing a party at our fraternity house. a mini-van pulls up and drops off like 5 girls who look very young. they walk up to the table (we had a guestlist) where we carded them. they were all around 14 years old, and they explained one of the girls' fathers was the one who dropped them off! we told them to fuck off. i mean, what father drops off his 14 year old daughter and her friends at a fraternity party???
