recommendation for best bang for buck - the thread title has the info needed to input on discounttire and tirerack but it's the 3S 17" model

best all around performance

it's for a girl that drives very casually at all times - need to replace all 4 -i've read a few reviews - wondered if anyone had any personal opinions of tires they've used

the car very rarely leaves NC (much less raleigh) - driven ~50-100miles/day - prefer something that is able to go 50k+ miles

sucks for her......almost all the all season tires are well over $100

if you are going all season i would suggest michelin pilot exalto a/s @$166 on tirerack

if you want to get a "summer" tire then you have a larger price range
for that i would suggest bfg gforce sport @$95 on tirerack

only problem with the summer tires is that you will not get the treadlife you are looking for

she's probably gonna have to spend at least $800-$900 to get everything out of the tire that you listed, because i don't know to many budget 17" tires that will go 50k miles

while we are talkin about tires here..

lil prelude be eating my cheap ass kumho 712's on the inside to the point where i project seeng the wires on the inside before the middle of the tire gets worn out to even 50% tread. camber is within the specs last time i checked. i [for the most part] dont drive like an ass.at the rate they are going they wont even last 20k i dont think. i know hondas can do that, but is there any remedy for it? camber kit? suspension is stock, rims are 17 inch.

toe is close to specs as well... a lil off on the front (-.15, .16) rear at (.05, 0.1)

do yall think it's enough discrepancy to cause all that wear?
