should the set up be something like this.... Popen + (h)(133)-(h1)(9.8) = P/0.03? I am not sure about the last part, but the equation should be right, and Popen = 0.

for 2.40, what does a vacuum of 120 mm Hg in B mean?

i didn't have 2.31 as part of my HW - you must be in the other section.

2.40 however i did have. the vacuum means that Pb will be negative. You'll need to fine the conversion for mm Hg to Pascals (I can't remember it right now, but i wanna say its something around 1.135*10^5 Pa = 760 mm HG). I couldn't find it in that shitty ass book they stuck us with, try google. once you get all the units consistent you should be set. good luck.
