Food and Liquor is this year's Be, IMO...the advance that leaked what, end of may? incredible. then he went back and changed shit up to create some original shit that could be released...

it's so good. and the track with Jay-Z is one of the weakest on the album. and it's still pretty good.

AND son had time to go and make a dope mixtape (Touch the Sky)

i think he missed his best time to release it. his buzz was HUGE in may-ish, now its cooled off. Just like papoose. it's a good cd, but nothing GREAT

he left off tracks from the advance that shoulda been on the retail

and shouldnt have tweaked some of the retail songs (liked pressure more on advance than retail, but still ill)

and whats "this years Be" mean? i hope people havent called that a classic yet, and for damn sure not considering this one as such already.

and like dammit100 said, he kinda missed the best time to drop. the kick push buzz is gone and "I gotcha", while hotter, isnt gonna get the buzz he needs

i dont listen to Be all that much anymore, but it's still a dope album....and fuck some record sales and "best time to drop", shit is still dope!
