Bear in mind, this was just his chest workout. This is quite intense. I'd hate to see the full body workout schedule.

if you have the body and build of this guy then yea, do his workout

if not

figure out what works for you

workout results are highly dependent on genetics and eating habits

That is a ridiculous workout.

If I wanted to get my bench higher, I'd definitely give it a shot. I think I maxed out for my weight about a year ago. All maintenance now.

^max out your weight and now you are just going for maintenance??

if you've already benched your body weight, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to bench around 125-150% of your body weight.

I think he means the "potential for his body wieght"

not his acctual body weight being a number he stopped at.

I fluctuated between 155-160 lbs and was benching in the 290-300 range. I've since declined to the to the 260-270 range and I don't really care anymore. I've trimmed down to 150 and I don't max out or do the chest workouts I use to.

I would have liked to have seen this workout about a year or two ago though. I always wanted to consistently break the 300 bench barrier.

If you want to improve a single exercise then periodization with some assistance exercises is where it is at.
