Looking for two seats, doesn't matter where, for the opening night of the Hurricanes. Me and my dad have been following them since they moved to NC in Greensboro, and it sucks that we cannot watch the opening night because of fair weather fans taking all of the tickets. Preferably upper level seats so it is a little bit cheaper

you will definitely have better luck just tryin to get scalped tickets

and if it's anything like the playoffs, you'll get them cheaper if you get scalped ones

well last year opening night was pretty much sold out as well - just single seats or the most expensive seats were available.

so i wouldnt blame it on the fair weather fans.
if we're gonna play the i've been a fan since *****. i win. i've been watching this franchise play since i was born (went to games when i was jus a fetus). my parents had season tickets to Whaler Games until they left when i was 16. I grew up playing hockey with my brother. I still rock my Hartford Whalers and New England Whalers jerseys and other clothes at games. I make it to every home game that i can and see them in NY or Mass when i'm home.

i'm personally extremely pleased that they are sold out and so many people are now Hurricanes fans. Its wonderful for the franchise and the players. they are supporting this team and Karmanos can't move them again.

good luck getting tickets. if i were you i'd wait until it gets closer to the game. ticketmaster or the RBC center might release more tickets (depending on # of season ticket packages sold). or check ticket brokers or scalpers the day of. you'll have much better luck and probably pay less.

Man fuck off, now all the season tickets are being bought, I'm sorry that my dad no longer buy sseason tickets because I'm at college and he doesn't want to buy even the 24 game set b/c he doesn't know if I'll be able to go to half. It is not my fault that they have increased the price of tickets. And yes, I can play I have been watching them for a while because yes, I remember carpooling with one of my dads coworkers to the fucken Greensboro games, so don't talk shit to me. Seriously, when they were not performing well, the Hurricanes did not have the support that they do now, and now that we are performing better, all the season tickets are sold, which leaves most of the tickets eaten up.

I'm not a fair weather fan because my dad is getting the 10-ticket plan, and 10-ticket plan does not have tickets to the season opener.

I'm just going to leave this alone, I'm not going to argue anymore b/c you will try to turn this ting around on me more. All I'm going to say is if you know me, you would know that I actually am a huge Hurricanes fan, and everything that I say is true. I'm sorry that I'm from a middle class family and my dad does not want to pay out the ass for season tickets, when I have classes 4 nights a week until 8:45, which would mean I would miss most of the games.
