so my friend is out of town and i'm trying to claim his tickets for him and the rest of his group, and the button doesn't work at all... is anyone else having this problem? what can he do about it to make sure the group gets their tickets?

either you didn't win or you're using firefox. Try IE

and the leader has nothing to do with the group members being able to claim tickets if the group wins. Why don't the other group members just claim theirs?

he just does it for everyone and no one else has to worry about it. and then if people don't want to go other people who didn't win can go. but yeah, i used IE and it just brought me to a page that said "the claim period for this event started at blah blah) and didn't give any other information

I'd assume you didn't win. Check under Your Tickets to see if there's a ticket there. I get the same message but I've already claimed mine.

yeah, well i have no way of checking since i do not know his email. but he told me he won so who knows. this thread can now be deleted
