Thought I'd share some useful information on making some extended differential breathers. Im making these for my 91 yota pickup so the partnumbers are for that (works for almost all toyota 4x4s). If you dont care about reading this then dont, just putting it on here for someone who might want the info.
Extended diff breathers are helpful if ur in alot of mud and water to keep water out of your differentials so your not changing 80-90 every time u go wheeling.
Anyways...
get two unions (3/8) part number 90404-51319-threads into the diff, replacing the old stock breathers
get two k&n (or whatever) crankcase vent filters (part number 62-1090)
and get at least 12 ft of dishwasher line, 3/8, (clear) so you can make sure they stay clean(and 4 hose clamps)
then just route it high and dry to keep your differentials clean
-you can do this to any 4x4 obviously but these parts are specific for toyota axles (8 and 7.5 inch[IFS])

hey ivan, I graduated this summer so im just chilling in Greensboro looking for a good job. I kinda fell off the radar awhile ago cause i was broke and couldnt work on the truck at all, but now im trying to do some things here and there, thought id share some useful knowledge.

a guy on ncttora.com with a 1st gen. yota just rerouted his into the cab, pretty cheap method but it worked
