to be honest, our band put on a better show. their band played some good songs but it was weak and you couldnt hear them good after the stadium filled up. our band went all out tonight and did a great job.

They probably just did the bare min they we're obligated to do and took the money and ran, (or however they we're compensated)

Plus we were nice enough to loan them our stadium year after year for the Aggie-Eagle Classic.

I thought they sounded pretty good, especially considering that the War Chant and FSU fight song arent second nature like they are with FSUs band. Im fairly certain a lot of the people there didnt even know that wasnt FSUs band.

no doubt about it....FSU HATES NCSU....I was there last year when we beat them at home and they really really hate us. We are their out of state rival...kinda like we all hate Maryland (those of us that came to NCSU ~2000).

i was thinking that the nccu band playing didn't want to pull against a north carolina school...but then i thought a little more about it...

if fsu asked me to go to chapel hill and play the fsu songs, i'd be there in a second...

The FSU fans started a "lets go ba-and" chant before one of our possesions and they played the stupid warchant after every down.. other than that.. THANK YOU NCCU for not playing that god-aweful song too much!!
