Amato was NEVER on the hot seat. nobody was happy with the way we lost to akron or southern miss and people had some legitimate concerns after those games... but amato was never on the hot seat. unless you want to believe the media trying to come up with the next "story".

Honestly, Amato has not been living up to expectations. Yes, he gets the FSU win, but it helps to have been an Assistant coach there. That win always secures his job for 2 years. People won't forget about those "easy game" losses earlier this year. The schedule coming up is a rough one, and that will decide his fate.

it is not any more rough than playing BC and FSU back to back. we picked up two big wins against two pretty good teams. the next three teams we play aren't very good at all. that doesn't mean we will win all three games... but it is definitely not rough or insurmountable. then we play two tough games against GT and Clemson. then we play two more teams that aren't very good right now. overall, our remaining schedule isn't that rough... whether we win or lose doesn't change that. we have a lot of winnable games left.

What? Wake here, at Maryland, and at UVA....what the hell these are the bottom feeders of the ACC.

These 3 SHOULD be wins, but will they be is the question. Only 2 games we shouldn't win are GT and CU.

wake is undefeated and dont give me that weak schedule garb because they've played 4 bcs teams and absolutly destroyed an ok ole miss team on the road in the sec. that same ole miss team played uga till the end. wake is a good team at the least. tommorow we will find out if they are great or just good.

games aren't played on paper, they're played on the field. Wake always brings their A-game for us, so we have to be prepared and it can go either way as far as we know now

Of those four teams, three of them are basketball schools with horrible football teams. The fourth is a football school with a horrible football team.
