my tire is making noises like im going over seams in a highway, but a little more frequently. its been getting louder over the past 9 months, and shakes now especially between 40-45 mph. i put the spare tire on today to see if it was the tire or the car, and it still made the noise, just not as noticably. any ideas?

the only thing is, its only the front right tire, and even after the spare was put on, there was still the same problem basically. is that still easily solved by a balance and rotation?

where is an affordable place to purchase tires, get them mounted and balanced?
