We are looking for dynamite customer service representatives! One of these new hires will have an additional focus on copyright issues so if you have an interest in copyright laws, let us know.
Applicants should be creative, hard working, computer savvy, self directed and resourceful. The ideal candidate will also be meticulous in his or her work and have some technical experience. Customer Service reps provide Lulu customers with assistance in the creation process and troubleshoot orders that have gone astray. This involves both live chat and the handling of email tickets, with some phone support. For the ideal candidate, this job could evolve into a position of great reward and fulfillment.
