oh yeah i do have a cat and a dog, both are house trained...so an animal lover is a must!!

Not sure if this qualifies, but I'll be graduating in December and a room in the townhouse will open up. I'm living with two males in the Apartments of Westgrove (not the Tower, but the complex across Blue Ridge from the cinema).

I currently have the master bedroom (bathroom all to myself) and pay $300/month for rent, plus utilities (which I think total about $100 a month, but haven't actually done the math recently). There's a $300 pet deposit fee ($150 to me for the non-refundable part of it, $150 to the office that is refundable) and a charge of $10 per month for the dog and cat.
