how would you rebuild the transom and floor in a boat?

what the hell kind of boat, unless you got your balls wet in some poon or something in it for the first time and it has sentimental value, junk it

If the stringers and transom are not too bad you can inject Git Rot into the bad wood. It will harden to the original strength of the wood and seal it up to prevent further damage.

Floors aren't too bad. Just replace with plywood and glass over it.

If the stringers and transom are really bad follow 69's advice.

Looks like tight quarters to try to work in. Would probably require much more cussing than a normal boat.

My dad replaced the transom and bow of a 14' Bayou boat. It was quite a piece of work.
