My assistant and I share a computer and have two differen logons for it. Is it possible to set up a shared calender and synchronize the events on the calender?

google calendar would work.

With ms outlook, in order to share calendars you usually need to be in an exchange environment.

There are a few third party programs that may work.

<3 google calendar. i integrate it into google desktop and just hit shift-shift to see my calendar and to-do list. i'm sure it will only get better.
