I seriously doubt that happened...if ESPN lets you see your local team whenever a game is on ESPNU, then the calls to the cable providers without ESPNU die down, and the cable provider doesnt feel the need to get a deal for ESPNU.

Actually I just looked it up...you are correct that that UNC Furman game was not on local network TV

however....it was shown on ESPNU...and in one sense it was a good game (sense of "close score)

but to have UNC v Furman on the same channel as NCSU Ga Tech is still weak as shit
