I had a math class (college alg.) transfer over to NCSU from my community college (which is equiv. to MA 107 here) and I thought my math requirement was filled. Found out today that I need to take a basic Math course (GRP 101) which is I guess all the 100 level courses. I am getting near graduation so therefore my schedule is pretty tight with classes and labs. I see that MA 114 is offered online and that would be the best way to knock this course out rather than finding a spot for it in my schedule.
But anyways - MA114 says there is a pre-req of MA101 or a high school equiv....
Will I be straight to take it or do I not "meet the requirements".
Thanks for any help. I've talked to my advisor about it but they said they weren't sure and to ask the Math department. Figured I'd try TWW before I went snooping through the Math department. 10/24/2006 3:39:30 PM |
