To me, this is the real bowl game. All other games are standing in the parking lot compared to this game. I really, really hope neither of these teams' opponents pull a Daniel Evans in the last minute and pull a cheap win.

I seriously think that the loser of this game should go to the BCS championship too if there are no other undefeated teams (not counting boise state)...this is another reason the BCS sucks because it is nearly impossible for two teams from the same conference to play in the national championship game

What do you mean an at large team? The #1 and #2 BCS teams play in the NC game, period.

Looking at the rankings and the future schedules there is no way that UM and tOSU play in the NC game unless WVU loses. Even then it wouldn't surprise me to see a 1L UF or Auburn team jump them.

With the computers and SOS left if WVU wins out they are in vs. the winner of UM and tOSU...

** though if Louisville beats WVU and runs the table UF, Auburn, and the loser of UM/tOSU would likely finish ahead of UL

yeah I think that's bs though. I know a football playoff isn't logical, but I think something else has to be done. I mean bc obviously if u already lost to the team then u aren't the national champion even though winning isn't transitive, but one game just isn't enough... Also if they had played at the beginning of the season, the loser could eventually come back to be number two but losing at the end of the season makes a larger diff...
