I've never had issues with State's connection before. Either way, you should be more open minded about playing via Live. I mean, if you're so good, you should be able to overcome any handicap such as host.

Me and my lil brother could play split screen and probably give you a run, but I wouldn't try such a thing. When I get my 360, I'll holla.

BTW, what level are you rated at on Live? And is it legit, or do you standby/use mods/bridge to pump your stats?

halo skills transfer over. if you know who the halo 1 pro's were, like STK Saiyin, Ogres, Walshy, etc) you would know that they are also the same halo 2 pro's now on Final Boss. im guessing halo 3 will do the same. halo is more about the gameplay and teamwork, not just running around doing whatever, it is strategy.

if you want to play 3v3 or 2v2 halo (not halo 2)...i'll gladly bruise your ego. my old roommates and i played for 2 years on live and xbconnect and only lost 2 games...it doesn't matter too much now though because i don't have as much time to play...mba program and jobs will do that.

i know of a couple guys that will play you for money in halo 2, but it won't be lowball like internet egos...they usually wager $200+ when they play - pm me if you are interested and i'll give my buddies a call...
