My girlfriend and I rented Rasen (Japanese Ring II basically) on Halloween, and we got around to watching it last night. This movie was TERRIBLE. I thought I heard somewhere that that Japanese versions of the Ring movies were better, but this is definitely not the case. It was slow, boring, and not scary at all. It was like a bad soap opera that just happens to have the killer tape girl in it...and they wouldn't shutup about about their stupid deep feelings. Don't watch!
