I am installing a wood stove at my house. I need someone to weld up an iron box that will fit a 6in round pipe to a 33inX5.5in rectangle opening.
Can you help me? 11/9/2006 11:41:48 AM |

cast iron is a bitch to weld, to do it right, it needs to be heated with a torch prior to welding and slowly cooled by heating with a torch at certain intervals 11/9/2006 12:41:27 PM |

find an hvac shop. they can probably make it out of sheet metal, which will be ok if it's not right at the heater 11/9/2006 3:32:01 PM |
