I thought the first one had its funny moments, but it just felt a little too preachy to me.

I've never been able to fully enjoy these kinds of movies. Take Bedazzled, for instance. The message of that movie was that you cannot rightfully sell your soul to the devil because it does not belong to you in the first place, it belongs to God. Nevermind that I don't subscribe to religion anymore anyway, but instead of letting the viewer try to gather that particular message from the film they have a scene where somebody overtly beats you over the head with it. It just reeks of feel-good Christian propaganda to me and leaves a worse taste in my mouth than a bishop's cum in an alter boy's mouth.
