so last week i downloaded avg and spy bot...got rid of all the viruses...now i cant turn my computer on..i turn it off and it shows it is getting power..but windows wont come up...it just shows a black screen with a blinking ( _ ) .. any ideas of what might have happend or how to fix it...thanks

it does not say anything....and the only thing i can type in is when i hit one of the f buttons...and it comes up with some weird stuff ..like codes...it says..unacceptable code

i'm pretty sure you can install windows without deleting your files

i know one time i had a virus and i reinstalled it and i still had my music folder with all my music in it

so AV fuckin G did this shit to my computer??? why is there nothing on google when you type in avg free about it being a damn virus... ??? there is nothing but good things to say about it.. i have about a thousand videos and pictures on my comp that i havent saved to disk..can someone please help??
