Can someone please tell me around how much an independent filer gets for financial aid as a in-state student. Say if your tuition was 2500. How much extra money would you get? 11/13/2006 3:26:40 PM |

It depends on way too many things to give a simple, flat answer.
Call them. 515 2421. Haven't you got an EFC from the Dept of Education? 11/13/2006 3:47:44 PM |

Agreed. NC State is working on redoing their financial aid website. This (http://www7.acs.ncsu.edu/financial_aid/awards.htm) sucks. I'll point to another source which gives a very generalized answer (http://www.finaid.vt.edu/types_of_aid/loans/stafford_loans.php)
