I am sure myself and any Cardinals fan will take a World Series win over a 100-win season, a Cy Young winner, and an MVP winner like last year.

This is bullshit, and the voters know it. I pwn Howard. His Homeruns can not beat my all around hitting, world series ring, gold glove, and deadly stare when I'm in the box.


Next year they will get it right...I am confident.


Sorry to all of the fans for getting hurt this year. Had I not been injured, I would have hit more homeruns, which is obviously the criteria for winning the MVP.

The voters have proved their ignorance this year. If they were knowledged they would have looked at the meaningful statistics like BA with RISP and game winning RBI. Also which team made the fucking playoffs on the back of one player. I mean come on.

Pujols was relatively non-existent for the playoffs and guess what...THEY STILL WON THE WORLD SERIES. The Phillies wouldn't have SNIFFED the postseason this year if not for Howard.

The voters didn't pick the right guy.

Their numbers offensively are almost identical except Albert missed 19 games. But there are 5 more factors that should have been put in:

1) Pujols team made the playoffs by winning their division MOSTLY because of him

2) Pujols was awarded Gold Glove 1B, so obviously Pujols is better at 1st base than Howard.

3) Their Batting Averages with runners in scoring position: Pujols .397.......Howard .239

4) Strikeouts/Walks: Pujols 50/92 Howard 181/108-An MVP doesn't K 181 fucking times.

5) Game winning RBI: Pujols 26 Howard 17. Which means Pujols WON the Cards 9 more games. Which is more imporant? Homeruns or game-winning performances????

I think I have done enough here, I have stated the stats and proved why Pujols is more fucking valuable.

But whatever. All I know is Pujols has a damn ring baby

No,

2)Pujols is a better fielder
3)RISP makes Howard's rbi stats more impressive bc he was able lead the league in RBI's while not hitting with a high average with RISP
4)Apparently the MVP does K 181 times and what is difference unless a runner is on base between a K and a fly out
5) Game winning RBI's is bull shit bc it can happen in the 2nd inning. If the cards were down 1 after the 1st and he hits a 2 run hr the next inning and they end up winning 10-1 its considered the game winning rbi

Futhermore Pujols is a great player and better than Howard will ever dream to be but the fact is he was more valuable to his team especially when it counted. That is why he won the MVP not because he is a superior player
