The players are a reflection of the coach.

Either the coach recruits prima donnas, or his attitude rubs off on them. I think some of these guys come into a game against a "lesser" opponent and think all they have to do is just show up and the game is theirs. Even if we get down early, there is no panic because they think they are more talented and the win will just come to them. Then we lose.

They only time they can get up and play really well is against teams that are supposed to be really good. It's ridiculous.
