This film appears to do two things:

1. copy Hostel
2. reinforce the idea that Americans, outside of the US and Canada, are crazy, brutal murderers who live in an area where any tourist who takes one wrong step will get kilt.

I understand the making of this film but the advertising isn't needed. Video, please...

1. People in Canada are not generally called Americans, even though they live in North America.
2. Kilt?
3. In these films, typically its a foreign company that allows these people to be hunted, tortured.

If the American tourists are the ones being murdered, how does that make Americans "crazy, brutal murderers?" The only thing that this movie does is state that Americans are naive and unassuming of the potential dangers that await them if they get crazy drunk in a foreign country.

yeah, this movie was basically a carbon copy of Hostel. Teenagers being dumb as hell, titties, graphic violent gore, etc..but not as much or as great as you'd expect or hope... some decent scenes. some funny character/lines, but not enough.

on the other hand, it's not the worst movie i've seen in a while...

(that would be Van Wilder 2)
