Need someone willing to move into apartment room sometime in December, but not start paying rent until the first of January. I have two roomates (they're female), but if you're a male and don't mind staying in the same apartment as two females, let me know. They're gone for most of the day (school and work), and for the most part they're gone on the weekends too...

Apartment complex located at the corner of Gorman St. and Avent Ferry, right down the street from NC State campus. Wolfline bus stop right out front. Within walking distance to grocery store and post office located right across Gorman St., and also to wildlife trail to Lake Johnson.
