you take a test, kinda SATish, very few people finish it, and it is timed. Then you go to interview, ask you 5 question, they take notes...it is over. 11/29/2006 9:34:19 PM |

yeah, you take the wonderlic...pretty standard employment measure
as for the interview, roddy describes the first interview, if you get called back you interview with your managers (usually an AVP/VP, and maybe a Director)
both IT and OPS jobs...expanding rapidly, supposedly bringing research jobs in '07
i like it, but I'm doing the OPS thing as i study for my CFA (exam Sat in Charlotte )
i could say a lot, ask questions, I'll answer (I'm lazy after studying for the last 5 hours) 11/29/2006 11:16:07 PM |

thanks for all the input, I'm interviewing for an operations analyst position which the woman said was one of their entry-level jobs. I also applied for a financial analyst position but during the telephone interview was told that I probably wouldnt qualify for it since I have no real business experience in that area.
I'm guess the initial interview is gonna be the similar to the questions that a lot of other companies ask. Was wondering how long it usually takes between the 1st and 2nd interview? I have to go talk to Pepsi in Winston tomorrow about an analyst job and kind of don't want to wait around to hear from Credit Suisse. 11/29/2006 11:32:43 PM |

yeah, they call like half their ops jobs "analysts", and that covers a broad array of roles... 11/29/2006 11:48:56 PM |
