I know it's the Super Bowl but WOW that's a lot of women. I wonder how they define "tuning in."

the real stat I'd like to see is how many single females watch it because they want to, not because they are at a party etc

Id have to say 40% could be right for the SuperBowl.. I mean EVERYONE has a party for the SB so 40% could be girls going with their husband/bf. I would like to know what the actually percentage of female who watch football regularly. I'd say its 10-15%.

I dont know how they are going to tap into this 40% though, as mentioned most of the time the girls are running their mouth and only pay attention when something big happens, with the exception of the 10-15% noted above).

Yeah sounds good to me tap into the fan base. Have a seperate channel for talking about the uniform colors and who the cute players are. Don't bring that into the NFL. They already have women side line reporters that play captin obvious.
