Best gifts are those tailored to the individual you are giving them to and their unique likes tastes. Go Xmas shopping with her in the mall and have her try different stuff on while you are there. Go back w/o her and buy for her afterwards.

I really don't think many girls would like a gift card from their boyfriends. Unless she's the type to think you have bad taste and can't pick anything out on your own ... and even in that case I'd go with Perlith's suggestion so you don't have to give her a piece of plastic.

The spa stuff is a good suggestion if you feel like you've overdone the material stuff.

girls usually drop hints about what they want...they'll start asking your opinion about it or happen to bring it up- if you listen a couple days she will probably let you know

or you could get her jewelry, that's always good.

if you really run out of options, instead of getting a gift card you could tell her you are taking her shopping for a new________(dress, handbag, etc.) that way you get to do something together and she gets what she wants...it's always nice to throw in a dinner or something with that too but it all depends on how much you want to spend and how much she is getting you
