I am moving out of my townhouse in December and I need someone to sublease my room. I pay $300 a month for rent, plus approx. $100 in utilities a month. I am willing to pay the difference in utilities just to get someone in the place as soon as I can. I am willing to budge a little on the price for those interested. It is a 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bath, 3 story townhouse in Falcon Ridge on an end unit. It is very private, we have a 9x9 back deck on the bottom and middle floor, the room I live in shares a bathroom with another roomate. All of the roomates are my good friends, but they understand I need to move. They are very laidback roomates, the place is kept clean, but no one gets mad if it gets a little cluttered when we're all busy with school and what not... there is a pool table in what is sort of a dinning room, everyone in the house is over 21 and enjoys the priviledges of being so... the living room is pretty big and along with the kitchen and downstairs bathroom are fully furnished, but additions are welcome, the washer and dryer that are provided by the landlord are less than a year old, and all the appliances work great.... my landlord is cool as hell too, he doesn't pry, and he will come and fix whatever we find to be out of order, and usually next day.... I am willing to lease only for the spring, or the spring and summer together... I really just need like the rent compensated back if I cannot live there... so if your interested please contact me as soon as possible and come check the place out... its real nice living for people that enjoy a good time, working hard when needed, and a lot of privacy.... animals considered, depending on how big and tame... I'll be out on Dec. 16th, so any time after that is welcome
