Does anyone know if Boles curves? Does he drop any of the homeworks?

I believe he does an individual curve. If you are borderline he looks at your hw, attendance, if your grades were increasing, etc...

^basically what he said. I had him for 301 and 302. He will check your attendance and homework. If you consistently get below 7's on your homework forget about any curve cause its not going to happen (anything below 7/10 on your homework means you didn't put in a good effort). The only chance you'll see a curve is if your test scores consistenly have gone up during the semester

yeh, i had him for 301 and he throws a little curve at you if you have consistently good hw grades and if your test grades go up throughout the semester.

or if you go to office hours and appear to be trying as hard as you can.

If you have done good on homeworks and show improvement...he'll give you a good curve. For instance I did good on the final and homeworks but still had a D average and he gave me a C-.

yea last semester i had a solid F and came out with a D-, but that was probablly more for his grade distro than for me
