Okay the out of state thing from last week fell through.
I got a real offer on the car. But the title is in Texas at the lending company and wont send the title until the loan is paid off. I have the car in charlotte, the buyer lives in mocksville (near g-boro). I need to find out how to get the car to them.
The buyer has agreed to pay off the loan and pay me the difference in 2 seperate certified checks. The problem is they can't drive the car until their name is on the title which could take up to 10 days to get to there house.
What the hell do I do?
I know how to get the car in their name. I have the title sent to them. I sign power of attorney for that car over to them at sale. They take mailed title and power of attorney to DMV and get title in their name. I just don't know how they pick up the car.  12/7/2006 7:42:51 PM
