I'm interning with the 'Canes this semester and wanted to let you guys know about College Night on January 18th. I probably wouldn't have heard about it otherwise, but there's a link to their website you can buy tickets through. Lower Level seats that usually go for $52 - $60 are $25.00, but only with a college email address through the website or a college ID at the box office. Check it out.

Since you have an in, please let the org. know that they are the absolute worst team in the league when it comes to publicizing their promotions. I realize that this might be by design, but Atlanta (friggin' ATLANTA!) has all their promotions and giveaways and whatnot in a big link right on the front of the home page.

I'm not talking so much about this specific promotion but about the fact that they seem to only start advertising promotions a week in advance or so. Plus, in-game advertising is totally irrelevant, since the point of many of these promotions is to get non-fans and people who only come to one or two games a season into the building more often. I've had season tickets for years, so it doesn't really matter to me whether or not I hear about these "in time," but I know plenty of people who feel they aren't given time to plan around promotions that would allow them to see more games than they normally would be able to.

We had to open sideline premier for $30 since a seat because Lower Level North and Lower Level South are close to being sold out. However, the only way to obtain these seats is to purchase online through our website or by phone if you have a group close to 20 people (1-866-NHL-Canes)
