I am moving to South Dakota and need someone willing to move into my apartment room (Centennial Village: Building 2311, Apt. 307) sometime in December, but not start paying rent until the first of January. I have two roomates (they're female), but if you're a male and don't mind staying in the same apartment as two females, let me know. They're gone for most of the day (school and work), and for the most part they're gone on the weekends too...

Rent is $375 a month; covers utilities up to $200 (my roommates and I have never gone over on the utilities bill)
Apartment includes washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven. Internet (wireless and ethernet) and cable also provided free of charge. Room has own spacious bathroom, large closet and window.

Apartment complex located at the corner of Gorman St. and Avent Ferry, right down the street from NC State campus. WOLFLINE bus stop right out front. Within walking distance to grocery store and post office located right across Gorman St., and also to wildlife trail to Lake Johnson.
