Hello. I'm looking for a female to lease my apt. I am moving closer to UNC and will not be returning back here. My apartment is at Wolf Creek, it's a 3 br/3 bath. The lease is until August, but you will have the option to sign for another year if wanted.

The apartment is fully-furnished. My room is at the back of the apartment and has a larger bathroom than the other rooms.

The rent includes all the utilities and the complex has a pool, game room, weight/workout room, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts. They have a shuttle that runs to NC State's campus every day the university is open. The office staff are very friendly and maintenance has always been done the same day.

My roommates will be remaining here and are both Seniors at State who will graduate in May.

The apartment will be available for move-in the very beginning of January. If you would like to come by and see it, please PM me and I will reply as soon as possible. I have finals up until next Monday so the best times to come by will probably be this coming weekend or next week after Monday.

i could maybe see this as being reasonable to cover themselves since the other tenant didn't agree to living with a man when they originally signed the lease.

You might consider telling your complex that they are committing a federal crime by not permitting males to lease. It's your WAY OUT.

You people should give the girl a break...besides, the apartment complex does allow males to live at Wolfcreek (just not in this specific apartment since it is females already staying there). It is not against the law if they have apartments availible for males to live in.

Unless you were desperately wanting to stay in this apartment, why would you comment anyway?

If the apartment was empty, then they cannot legally have a female-only clause. But since there are already females in the apartment, then it's legal.
